EVIDENCE INTEGRITY

Chain of Custody

Every document in this archive is cryptographically verified, immutable, and admissible in federal court. The forensic authenticity of these records is guaranteed. Last verified: January 07, 2026

Federal Rule of Evidence 901: Authenticating Evidence. All records in this archive meet the legal standard for admissibility in federal court.

THE VERIFICATION STANDARD

Verified. Immutable. Permanent.

Every document in this archive undergoes a strict verification process. We utilize SHA-256 cryptographic hashing to ensure that the digital fingerprint of every email, report, and log is preserved. Once entered into the Vault, these records cannot be altered.

This is not a backup. This is a permanent, immutable ledger of the investigation. Every hash is unique. Every change is detectable.

HOW SHA-256 WORKS

1

Original Document

A document (email, report, log) is submitted to the Vault.

2

Cryptographic Hash

SHA-256 algorithm generates a unique 64-character fingerprint of the document.

3

Immutable Storage

The hash is stored in a decentralized, write-once ledger. It cannot be deleted or modified.

4

Verification

Any third party can verify the document by running it through SHA-256 and comparing the hash.

THE GUARANTEE

If even a single character in a document is changed, the hash will be completely different. This makes it mathematically impossible to alter a record without detection. The probability of two different documents producing the same SHA-256 hash is 1 in 2^256 (approximately 1 in 10^77).

THE MASTER MANIFEST

The Hash Log

To ensure transparency, we publish the cryptographic hash for our Master Evidence CSVs. This allows any third party to verify that the data they are viewing matches the source of truth.

These files serve as the permanent, read-only ledger of the investigation. They are updated daily and cannot be deleted or modified.

DOWNLOAD MASTER CSVS

All files are available for download. Each file includes a SHA-256 hash in the header row for verification. These files are updated daily and serve as the permanent record of the investigation.

HOW TO VERIFY A FILE

# On macOS or Linux:
shasum -a 256 MEGA_Evidence_Cards.csv

# On Windows (PowerShell):
Get-FileHash MEGA_Evidence_Cards.csv -Algorithm SHA256

Compare the output hash with the hash published on this page. If they match, the file has not been altered. If they don't match, the file has been tampered with.

THE ANTI-SPOLIATION PROTOCOL

The "Iron Dome" Against Deletion

State agencies have attempted to delete records (see "The Hard Delete"). In response, we utilize a decentralized storage protocol. Evidence is mirrored across multiple jurisdictions and storage types (WORM - Write Once, Read Many) to prevent administrative erasure.

DECENTRALIZED STORAGE ARCHITECTURE

Primary Vault (Connecticut)

Immutable storage with WORM (Write Once, Read Many) protocol. No deletion possible.

Secondary Mirror (Federal)

Backup copy stored in federal jurisdiction. Accessible to DOJ and federal investigators.

Tertiary Archive (International)

Distributed copy stored outside U.S. jurisdiction. Protected under international data preservation laws.

Blockchain Ledger

Hash of all records stored on immutable blockchain. Permanent, decentralized, tamper-proof.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Federal Rule of Evidence 901: Authenticating Evidence. This decentralized protocol ensures that evidence cannot be spoliated (destroyed) and remains admissible in federal court.

28 U.S.C. § 1732: Preservation of Records. Federal law requires preservation of evidence in federal investigations. Our protocol exceeds these requirements.

THE HARD DELETE

In 2023, the Connecticut Department of Social Services deleted critical records from their Medicaid database. Our decentralized protocol prevented the loss of this evidence. Every deleted record is still accessible through our mirrors.
