This archive exists to preserve, organize, and make publicly accessible records concerning disability services, Medicaid administration, acquired brain injury programs, civil-rights complaints, public-record requests, and government accountability. It is maintained independently by David Medeiros and is not a government website.

Voice for the Voiceless

Mission carried forward from the historical source

Earlier versions described the project as a voice for people navigating disability services and public systems. The durable purpose is to preserve records for survivors, families, researchers, advocates, journalists, legal professionals, public officials, and citizens—while separating a document’s existence from proof of every statement it contains.

Government and public records

Agency correspondence, FOIA material, public filings, receipts, notices, and other source documents.

Reports and testimony

Reports, complaints, commentary, and personal testimony authored or collected by David Medeiros, clearly distinguished from adjudicated findings.

Timelines and datasets

Structured CSV and JSON exports, chronology records, administrative-burden entries, and source-linked indexes.

Verification records

Full-file hashes, byte sizes, source filenames, correction notices, and preservation manifests for independent checking.
